For an additional $10, your business/agency will be listed as a MUST VISIT destination where attendees will be required to get a signature or initials. Additionally, students from BC3 and SRU as well as general community members seeking employment or volunteer opportunities are encouraged to attend. The Butler Vo-Tech will be issuing a pass for students from 15 different technical schools to attend the event which will count as their school day. A space to conduct on-site interviews will be made available. Additionally, community service agencies are encouraged to bring information about supportive services that can aide individuals in meeting a variety of needs. WHAT TO EXPECT: The goal is to provide a space for job seekers, internship hopefuls, and those interested in volunteer work to learn about the many opportunities in Butler County offered by employers from a variety of sectors (health care, manufacturing, community/human services, etc.). Passports are completed by visiting each of the agencies/businesses listed on the sheet and getting their signature or initials. There is NO FEE for community members to attend, but non-perishable food item donations are welcome to support the Pioneer Pantry at BC3 for food insecure students. An opportunity for on-site interviews will be available and students and job seekers alike are encouraged to come dressed for success with a resume to share with prospective employers.
